Euryleptidae with an oval body and well-developed marginal tentacles, each with many eyes, mostly on the ventral side. Mouth anterior to or beneath the cerebral organ; pharyngeal chamber with posterior appendage extending beyond the ventral sucker; the intestinal trunk opens posteriorly through a median pore and possesses three or four pairs of lateral branches, which ramify without anastomosing. Male and female copulatory organs ventral to the pharynx. Uterine canals separated posteriorly, each with one to four uterine vesicles.
